Powers of a Registrar Assisted Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation Arbitration Conference of Experts Position Overview
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Strategy & Corporate Services, the role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to the Corporate Services cohort on an as required basis. The Administrative Assistant can expect to primarily support the Property and Procurement team.
Duties Interact daily with the Executive Assistant to identify priorities and tasks. Act as a point of contact between the directors and both internal and external stakeholders. Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the Director Property and Procurement and Assistant Director, Property including telephone, calendar, travel and e-mail. Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Director Strategy & Corporate Services as needed. Provide support in the performance and recording of project work. Collate documents required for meetings with stakeholders and vendors. Other administrative and coordination duties as required. Selection Criteria Strong experience in providing high-level administrative support services. Strong organisational skills, initiative and flexibility to manage workload and perform under pressure. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Well-developed oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to exercise good judgment and maintain professionalism in handling confidential information. Eligibility Australian citizenship. Security and character clearance.
