As a Trainee Service Advisor you will be provided with on-the-job training to enable you to perform the following:
Manage bookings with customers over the phoneResponding to customer queriesReception dutiesCoordinate daily service appointmentsLiaise face to face with customers and provide timely follow upBuild ongoing professional relationships with new and existing customers As an Apprentice you will be provided with on-the-job training to enable you to perform the following:
General servicing and maintenance of vehicles Planning each job for maximum efficiencyRepairing and maintaining in line with manufacturer and dealership requirementsIdentifying and repairing technical issuesIdentifying and recommending additional work as requiredOrdering parts (where necessary) from Parts Department; andCompleting quality and timely work to meet Customer needs as per Repair Order instructions Must haves:
Valid Australian Work RightsValid Australian Manual Driver LicenceExceptional communication skills - written and verbalGreat time management and organisationA good knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures – not essentialA strong desire to succeed in the challenging automotive industryGood computer literacy - able to pick up new systems What's on offer:
