About the role We are currently looking for an Apprentice Advisor, to join Apprenticeship Support Australia to be based in the Brisbane metropolitan area.
We are looking for a people-focused, friendly, motivated and confident individual who will be a valued advisor and will love to support and encourage Apprentices to complete their apprenticeship. Main responsibilities include: Working with new apprentices and trainees to help them overcome the challenges associated with transitioning to the workplace, and balancing work and studies. Helping apprentices and trainees who may be under pressures in their personal life, experiencing workplace challenges or struggling to build relationships with their employers and co-workers. Supporting resolving conflict and other workplace related issues which may be impacting performance and productivity. Providing referral services to mental health providers, language literacy and numeracy tools, counselling services or other specialist services. Advising employers on strategies to ensure their apprentice receives the best practice induction when they start, and tactics for coaching and mentoring them to success.Accurate and time sensitive data collection and quality data management.Provide high level of customer service to external/ internal stakeholders.Benefits and perks As a valued employee of the Business NSW you will have access to a wealth of company benefits.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, business development and/or account management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to set goals, organise own workload, prioritise, meet deadlines, and see tasks through to conclusion.Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills.Demonstrated capacity for high work output, utilising exceptional organisational time management skills to prioritise effectively, handle tasks simultaneously and deliver within agreed timeframes to achieve performance standards.About the business Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) was established in 2014 to deliver the Australian Government's Apprenticeship Support Services as an Apprentice Connect Australia Provider.
