Key Responsibilities Develop and manage large scale collaboration programs with our top-tier global research partnersSupport, and potentially co-author high quality and novel research in relevant research and industry outletsLead (or work with) mixed teams of researchers, business domain experts, technical discipline experts (e.g. AI, behavioural science, design) and external collaboratorsWork with business and product teams, as well as regulators and industry groups to understand opportunities and priority issuesDevelop thought leadership, conduct training, and present results to business and academic audiencesParticipate in strategy and planning discussions with applied behavioural science leaders, external collaborators and business peers We are interested to hear from you if you have Strong familiarity with behavioural science (history, methods, controversies, future directions)Behavioural science experience in research, industry or consulting contexts. Experience in related fields will be considered.Strength in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodsExperience in designing, running, analysing and reporting on experimental trialsAbility to think laterally, and bring together teams, methods and assets in effective waysAbility to clearly communicate technical insights and concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated discipline around budgets, deadlines, stakeholder management, quality control, risk management preferred If this sounds like you then apply today!
