Service Specialist | Rockhampton We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
As a Service Specialist, your responsibility will be to assist Client Managers to help achieve goals and budget forecasts. This role is customer-focused and includes assisting with the end-to-end renewal process, preparation of quotations and placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence, and general office duties.
