Located in Wynnum , Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit organisation and home to 110 residents. Nazareth House provides excellence in person-centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all - Aged Care from the heart.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our friendly team on a Part-Time basis. Your passion and enthusiasm will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you will be doing: Assisting with face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries Maintaining resident and employee files/databases Managing rosters and onboarding of new staff Processing invoices and accounts Diary management and scheduling of meetings/appointments Supporting visitors and the wider Nazareth Care team Ordering of supplies, clinical consumables, uniforms etc. What we are looking for: Previous Reception/Admin experience in a fast-paced environment Background in Aged Care or Health Services highly beneficial Previous rostering experience, ideally over varying shift times/areas Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal Can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference Strong organisational skills and financial acumen Experience with MS Office, databases or rostering systems NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain) Permanent availability, Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 4:30 pm What we can offer you: A family-friendly organisation that values its employees Continuing professional development Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging, up to $18,550 tax-free A friendly and supportive team environment Rewards Program, Retail Discounts and other benefits Nazareth Care prides itself on fostering an inclusive culture that cultivates respect for individual differences, embracing diversity. To be successful you must meet the selection criteria as well as having a current NDIS Screening Check/Yellow Card (or willing to obtain one) and evidence of Flu and COVID Vaccines, due to the environment of work within aged care.
