Our valued State Government partner is seeking an AO5 Lease Manager to assist with the delivery of leasing projects and the provision of office accommodation for the Department.
As the Lease Manager, you will be responsible for: Contributing towards the leasing team's planning and delivery of the supply of leased assets within the State Government's property portfolio.Providing lease management advice to multi-disciplinary teams involved in commercial leasing for the State Government's office property portfolio.Contributing towards the development and implementation of policies, guidelines and systems for best practice leased office accommodation procurement and ongoing management.Assisting with the implementation of the leased component of whole-of-Government accommodation strategies.Implementing policy and strategies within geographic or functional responsibilities.Undertaking lease negotiation and lease management of a portfolio of leased buildings.Negotiate and represent the Department at intra and inter-departmental meetings, and at external forums.Collect and analyse data and assist with the preparation of briefing notes and information.Your previous Commercial Leasing experience, strong negotiation skills and high-level communication skills will see you successful in this role.
In return, this role offers an hourly rate of $65.17 + Super p/h, an initial 3-month assignment with a possibility of an extension and an opportunity to use your Commercial Leasing experience in securing a State Government role.
