Our valued State Government client is seeking AO3 Business Support Officer to join their busy team in Toowoomba.

As the Business Support Officer, your duties will include but will not be limited to: Provide efficient and high standards of customer service.Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e. in Excel, MyQFleet and Microsoft Office products).Provide assistance to the Business Support Team with a range of administrative and business support tasks.Data entry and data analysis.Creating work orders, preparing weekly newsletters, office maintenance and fleet management support. To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven administration experience.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, including moving around the office and local areas for various tasks.Demonstrated professionalism and positive contribution to a great team and workplace culture.Initiative to effectively manage enquiries and tasks within expected timeframes.High level data entry with a high degree of accuracy.Great communication skills, both oral and written. This key role offers an hourly rate of $48.90 + Super, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours p/w for an initial 3-months with a possibility of an extension.
