The brand is going through an exciting phase of growth and expansion and will be launching our first Australian store.We are seeking an inspirational and innovative Store Manager to lead our inaugural Australian store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our brand values are upheld at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:· Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.· Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive store performance.· Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.· Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, providing coaching and development opportunities for staff.· Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.· Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.We are looking for a retail leader with proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
