Analyst/Senior Analyst - Corporate and Institutional BankingChina Construction Bank is offering an exciting permanent role for a Credit Analyst to join our well-established organization as we continue to expand.Job PurposeCollaborate closely with Directors in Corporate and Institutional Banking to support credit analysis, credit monitoring, credit report preparation, client onboarding, and transaction ticket preparation.Manage client information and oversee the loan portfolio.Maintain departmental financial data and conduct periodic reconciliation with the Risk Management (RMD) and Finance departments.Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly departmental reports.Perform other tasks assigned by the department head or management as required.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of banking or Financial Industry relevant work experience.Proven experience in credit analysis, including assessing financial robustness, key terms of transactions, risks, and mitigation strategies, along with providing transaction recommendations.Exceptional English and Chinese oral and written communication skills.At least 1 year of experience in supporting relationship management functions.Education & SkillsTertiary education with a degree in a business-related field (minimum requirement).High level of initiative and excellent organisational skills to handle a busy workload effectively.Strong ability to produce high-quality documentation and maintain/develop systems with ease.A solid understanding of banking processes to manage transactions from origination to closure proactively.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGather deal requirements, financial statements, and other inputs to conduct thorough credit analysis.Assist Directors in developing client presentations, marketing pitches, and discussion papers for potential transactions.Support the origination, structuring, and execution of bilateral, club, and project finance transactions.Prepare credit papers and memos with recommendations on credit and commercial decisions.Assist Directors with the negotiation of facility and security documentation.Provide support across the structured finance, project finance, and corporate loans team.Maintain and disseminate research to ensure effective risk identification and mitigation.Source relevant knowledge and information to enable informed recommendations.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, gain exposure to complex transactions, and contribute meaningfully to the success of China Construction Bank.We feel strongly that a positive workplace culture will help us create a positive experience for each and every member of the CCB family.
