The team is focused on data alignment via robust, best practice data processes, reconciliations and controls.The Financial Control & Transformation (FCT) team comprises:Divestments and Remediation Finance,Finance Transformation,Strategic Support,Financial Control, andFinancial Reconciliations.Key duties will include:Performing daily reconciliations of suspense and control accounts.Working with BU Finance to identify the root cause and minimize exceptions and aging thereof.Automating reconciliations in Accurate and onboarding reconciliations to Financial Control.Managing finance reconciliation controls including Financial Controller and business operations reporting.Developing/migrating the Group's reconciliations onto Accurate and providing Level 1 support for existing reconciliations.Oversight and review of reconciliations in line with Group Reconciliation Policy.Ensuring an appropriate segregation of duties and strong control environment is maintained.Closely partnering with stakeholders to provide excellent service.We're interested in hearing from people who have:Financial Services / Professional Services experience.A process improvement mindset and ability to use productivity tools and techniques.Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Financial control including reconciliation, analysis, investigation and reporting.Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.If you would like to hear more about this role please Apply.If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
