Your part in St Andrew's War Memorial
You will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
Accountabilities will include:

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of the perioperative patient.
Recognise the changing needs of clients and act to meet those needs.
Respond to changes in the patient's anaesthetic condition.
Perform clinical procedures commensurate with the level of educational preparation/competency.
Pre-empt and protect the rights and safety of the patient.
Undertake other duties as required/directed as service needs change or grow, consistent with the above and within the scope of the position.

What makes a difference for us?
You'll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills and will need:

Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology or equivalent.
Proficiency in the delivery of anaesthetic care.
Skilled coordination of anaesthetic care.
Progression in attaining knowledge of current anaesthetic practice and trends.
Previous experience as an Anaesthetic Technician in an acute healthcare facility.
