Anaesthetic Nurse – Perioperative service department

The hospital encompasses 154 beds, 6 operating theatres, 10 bed ICU, 8 chair medical oncology unit, and associated rehabilitation, medical, surgical, mental health, and consulting services.

Requirements:Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing or Anaesthetics (desired but not essential).Proven experience as an Anaesthetic Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting.Sound knowledge of anesthesia principles, medications, and equipment.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.Current BLS and ALSDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.Strong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
