About You
You're a qualified Allied Health Assistant (Cert IV) preferred, ready to work hands-on with elderly clients to support their care. You believe in the power of compassion and clear communication, ensuring that every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. You're also organised, detail-oriented, and have experience working closely with health professionals to deliver care that truly makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist our Health care professionals with patient care.
Support patients in their rehabilitation through exercise/treatment programs, maintaining mobility and comfort.
Prepare treatment areas and assist with infection control procedures, ensuring safe and hygienic conditions.
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with team members and patients' care teams.
Provide administrative support to help the clinic run smoothly, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance.
Experience in assisting healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.
A patient-first mindset, with a strong focus on compassion and trust.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both patients and health professionals.
Ability to follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Drivers Licence.
Your First Three Months:

Master your role: Under the supervision of our health care professionals, you'll assist with patient care tasks, ensuring that every patient receives safe and effective treatment.
