About the role:
Collaborate with the Professional Directors of Allied Health disciplines to ensure that the workforce sustainability including skill development and succession planning for the Rehabilitation and Geriatric area to improve the reliability and quality of patient care for clinical services as well as improve patient outcomes.
Apply evidence-based principles to facilitate novel, complex, and multidisciplinary clinical decisions in the best interest of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics Services. Provide high level and Allied Health representation within leadership groups, across state-wide networks and with other key internal and external stakeholders. About you: Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is essential, or for members of non-registered professions, eligibility for professional membership of the relevant professional association. Mandatory possession of an Allied Health qualification from a registered tertiary institution. Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation would be well regarded.

Total remuneration value of up to $167,588 p.a. is comprised of:
