We are currently seeking to recruit a Sharing and Recoveries Officer at an exciting time of growth for our business.
About the role Managing recovery claims to/from other insurers, including determination and acceptance of contribution for each claim, in line with authority levels Reviewing new claims to identify potential sharing opportunities and ensure all relevant information is accurately assessed within relevant timeframes Sending recovery Application Notices to sharing partners and track their progress to resolution Reviewing recovery Applications received from partners to determine the extent of our involvement Coordinating the quarterly process to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of shared claims Reviewing claims to identify and ensure all potential recoveries have been identified and actions taken to remediate and reduce leakage Performing various claims administration duties Maintaining strong, positive relationships with sharing partners Actioning all internal systems support requests promptly About you Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Proficient with MS Office Products Strong work ethic and time management skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits and perks Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day!
