Job Description

Maintain relationships with SMEs that need to export to other countries and offer after services.
Maintain a mutual-trust relationship with customers through cold calls, on-site visits, online meetings, and other possible ways. Use multi-solutions to ensure customers have a deep understanding of Alibaba.com.
Reach the target audience and successfully drive awareness, adoption, and usage of Alibaba.com B2B service while improving customer satisfaction rates.
Drive renewals and seller online performance through regular profound diagnosis, periodic ASTE (Alibaba Seller Training E-course) trainings, etc.
Lead integrated online/offline webinars, campaigns, and trainings to improve seller online performance, including execution, monitoring, and results tracking using analytical and reporting capabilities to measure campaign performance (ROI).
Co-work efficiently with the sales team to nurture clients from their onboarding to excellence.

Position Requirements

Result-oriented with strong execution.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Customer service or training background is preferred.
Fast learner.
Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude are highly preferred.
Smart, positive, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
