About the roleThe Sonographer is responsible to the Campus operations Manager for providing an ultrasound imaging service across the wide range of ultrasound procedures within the Medical Imaging Department.
The incumbent operates at a high level of independence, using specialised equipment to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations for clients/patients.
They undertake complex procedures applying professional knowledge across a broad range of ultrasound procedures.
This requires a high level of professional judgement and innovative scanning methods.
