(Pro Rata) AHP2 | Full Time - working across 7 days – Contract Until January 2026 Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate, talented, and caring Occupational Therapist to join the Trevor Parry Centre Team!Working as a part of the Community Rehabilitation Centre team, the Occupational Therapist undertakes clinical care coordination and is responsible for the delivery of a range of other clinical activities, including rehabilitation, care planning, clinical review, psychosocial assessment and Mental Health Assessments pertaining to operational protocol.About the role: Reporting to the Team Manager Trevor Parry Centre and Principal Occupational Therapist, duties for the role may include: Undertaking a clinical case load and providing individual rehabilitation coordination to consumers with complex and specialised needs Linking and co-ordinating an appropriate range of resources and specialist and general services within and across sectors working towards integrated rehabilitation planning Advocating and negotiating on behalf of the consumer with relevant groups/organisations Developing, implementing and evaluating a range of social, work, recreation, living skills and individual programs, relevant to the needs of the consumer About you: Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to express complex ideas succinctly and logically Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with consumers, carers, other agencies, community services and the multi-disciplinary team to develop an integrated rehabilitation plan Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia Proven experience in delivering high quality and safe care consistent with the National Safety and Quality Health Care Service Standards Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.Want To Know More?
