NV1 Required Specified Personnel: Formal qualifications and specific experience in Test and Evaluation, preferably in an FMS or MOTS Aviation context.Expert understanding of the application of Aviation Safety Regulations to Major Projects.Airworthiness Certification Program Planning.Assessing Configuration, Role and Environment against a prior foreign certification basis.Researching and interpreting a foreign operator's airworthiness system to understand certification risks and design appropriate project controls.Engineering Management Planning including creation and management of Test & Evaluation engineering projects in an Engineering Information System (EIS) environment.Developing other engineering documents as directed.Demonstrate behaviours to manage and control sensitive information.Demonstrate behaviours to cultivate productive working relationships.Demonstrated experience in the ability to influence and review policy and formulate appropriate strategies to achieve desired objectives.
