We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our regional Tasmanian team, in a role where you can make a significant impact on the growth and success of our independent growers. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this high-impact role will give you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in guiding growers towards achieving optimal production results. Some of your key duties will extend to: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the local team to ensure high performance and exceptional service delivery to our growers. Utilising your in-depth knowledge of agronomic principles to assist growers in optimizing crop production, resolving challenges, and implementing cutting-edge farming techniques extending to nutrition, pest & disease, and plant health programs. Staying up to date with the latest advancements in agricultural technologies, market trends, and scientific research, and effectively communicating these insights to the team and growers.
