You will record and action transactions in an efficient and effective manner.
The team aims to deliver a differential approach to our target customer segments throughout our entire value chain to streamline customer experience and liberate capacity to enable business growth.
Activities include attending to queries in a timely manner and ensuring information provided is correct, developing and maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff, and liaising with various stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure seamless end-to-end processing.
As the Agribusiness Support Officer, you will bring your relationship-building skills to maintain strong relationships both within your team and across the wider Business and Agri Team.
Furthermore, you will bring your keen eye for details to recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs whilst delivering a professional customer experience.
In the case of Exceptions/Escalated Issues, you are proactive to deal with them promptly and viable solutions are put forward and implemented to avoid these being repeated.
You will work with our risk partners and stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for the business and our customers.
As our new Agribusiness Support Officer, you will bring the following skills: Ability and adaptability to move quickly and efficiently between tasks. An understanding of the Business and/or Agribusiness environment would be desirable (but not essential). A proactive approach to identify customers' needs where appropriate and provide outstanding value. The ability to work well within a team environment and balance/prioritize your own work with that of the team's activities. Computer skills in applications and business systems both internal and external such as DoxGate, RFS, ABS, C360 are highly desirable. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum x2 days in a local Head Office per week. This role is a full-time, 12 month fixed term role, based at any of our head office locations.
