Financial Management: Manage budgets for your value stream, including people, utilities, software, and licences, ensuring alignment with WX financial objectives.
Operational Excellence: Drive the adoption of DORA/FLOW metrics and maintain healthy operations across W-Digital, continuously working to reduce major incidents.
Technical Debt Reduction: Proactively identify and address operational technical debt through problem management and analysis to improve system stability.
Collaboration & Leadership: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, W-Digital leadership, and Woolworths Group teams to leverage expertise and ensure effective delivery.
What you'll bring Communication: Can effectively explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Agile Expertise: Experienced in working within and leading teams in a "scaled agile" environment.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, including service delivery managers, technology partners, and ITSM specialists.
Technical Proficiency: Possesses strong knowledge and experience in Agile Service Management, DevSecOps, Partner Management, Service Delivery Management, and core ITIL processes.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates a customer-centric and collaborative approach, with strong commercial acumen, strategic decision-making abilities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.
