As an Agile Business Analyst (6-month fixed-term contract) in the Financial Crime Operation (FCO) domain, you will:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assist in technical implementation of solutions that will increase efficiencies in identifying money laundering and terrorism financing risks.
Scope complex technology and business solutions, including working on functional and non-functional requirements, business process redesign, supporting business impact assessment and acceptance of the solutions.
Deliver business analysis services as defined in the BA chapter service catalogue, following existing processes and templates to internal quality standards, while looking for opportunities to improve existing processes and tools.
Apply data analysis skills to collect, map, and model data structures, including performing data mapping and analysis to support data migration and transformation projects.
Facilitate and participate in stakeholder workshops, meetings, requirements walkthrough sessions, and scaled agile ceremonies.
Plan own work, ensuring your business analysis plan is up to date and aligned with project milestones.
This role is integral to achieving key objectives within Financial Crime Operations.
What you will bring:
Proven experience working in a similar Business Analyst role in a complex regulated environment.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in project delivery life cycles in an agile environment.
Previous experience related to financial services, preferably in the financial crime domain.
Experience contributing to high-quality artefacts including business cases, process maps, customer journey maps, functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, governance definitions, testing, risk and control flows.
Previous experience working in a cross-functional, agile environment and contributing to key agile ceremonies/practices.
Demonstrated data analysis experience and ability to distil insights and actions required from various data sources.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and relationship-building to understand and manage business impacts/needs for positive strategic outcomes.
