Aged And Disability Carers / Personal Care Assistants

Our client provides dedicated, flexible, personalised essential support services to enhance life quality for their participants in both the aged care and disability sectors.
Their aim is to support an inclusive culture, respect individual's choice, and work closely with participants to achieve individual goals.
They are looking for the following key members of staff Aged / Disability Carers Responsible for providing general household assistance, care and support for aged and people living with a disability in their own homes.
This includes  accompanying clients persons during daily activities helping clients with their mobility preparing food  arranging social activities performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning helping in personal hygiene and dressing providing companionship, friendship and emotional support Personal Care Assistants Responsible for providing  routine care services in their own homes.
This includes helping clients with their personal care needs such as showering, dressing and eating helping clients  with their mobility and communication needs participating in planning the care of individuals following therapy plans such as interventions to assist those with dementia and behavioural problems observing and reporting changes in patients' condition, and reporting complaints about care assisting with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatment and delivering medications providing direct support and assistance to therapists Salary Range $60,000-$70,000 per annum + superannuation Only successful applicants will be contacted .
