Reporting to the Senior Training Advisor - Skills Centre, this role will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of training and assessment materials to ensure Mount Isa Mines has a workforce that is trained and competent in the foundation skills and knowledge required to fulfill their roles. This position consists of 75% interactive training delivery and assessment, as well as 25% project work – administration, compliance, and training package review/development. This position works an attractive 5/2, 4/3 nine-day fortnight, promoting a healthy work-life balance and involvement in the local community. Your key responsibilities include:
