You will be joining a team of highly skilled Advisers and Client Service specialists servicing a large and loyal base of client groups.
The Position The role is responsible for supporting the CEO / financial adviser of EFS (and others from time to time) in the business of advising and servicing clients in respect of their retirement planning, wealth management and life insurance policies.
The financial planner being supported is based in Sydney.
Responsibilities: New business support: Paraplanning/research support Obtaining quotations from insurers Assistance with Statement Of Advice document preparation Following up outstanding medical requirements from customers or medical practitioners who are applying for insurance Assisting in completion of applications where required and scanning Personal assistant support including setting up of meetings and filing of emails - Liaising with insurers - Supporting other staff in the national business Ongoing customer service Following up on premium dishonours or outstanding rollovers Annual renewals and reviews Management of e-mails and telephone queries Assisting with changes to existing policies Other tasks as requested on a need basis Assisting with claims and other day to day administration The Benefits The opportunity to learn and work with a highly experienced Financial Planning specialist and apply your professional capabilities in a highly focused advice firm with strong existing client relationships.

The Person - 'YOU' Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years or more experience in a Paraplanning or Administration role in the financial advice sector.
Experience withXplanpreferred SOA / ROA preparation experience Experience in delivering high quality client service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong skills inMicrosoft Teams, Word,Excel, and Outlook A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team Well organised with excellent attention to detail The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines An adaptable and flexible nature Strong problem-solving ability Remuneration A competitive salary is on offer dependent on qualifications and experience.
