Your opportunity: Contribute to patient centred care for Behaviour Response Team clients by providing multidisciplinary Clinical Assistant services as part of the Integrated Care Rehabilitation team.
Contribute to the care of clients by providing advanced clinical support tasks as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
The BRT teams, consisting of advanced level nurses and allied health staff, have an exciting opportunity to use their skills and experience to develop these pivotal roles for patient care, developing behaviour management plans for patients admitted on the wards, supporting education and capacity development for HHS staff, as well as providing a community outreach role in order to support sustainable discharges from hospital and prevent unnecessary admissions.
Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $90,110 p.a., comprising salary between $73,861 - $78,977 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4) (Two Permanent Full Time Positions available, 76 hours p.f.).
