Job Title Administrator/ Scheduler Job Description Summary A unique exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to join our team Job Description The Cushman & Wakefield Service Desk Team are responsible for creating, scheduling and managing the jobs to deliver a range of trade services to client's property portfolio nationwide. Works includes reactive and planned maintenance, contractor management, minor and project works. A unique exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to join our team of Administrators/Schedulers dispatching field staff and technicians to service our valued clients. About the role: Point of contact via phone, email and portal for customer inquiries, POC residential & corporate account clients Administration tasks Scheduling and reallocating jobs for trade services Timely and accurate communication and coordination of jobs according to priority levels and customer expectations. To be successful in this role you must: Have demonstrated experience in SimPRO (or similar job management software) and Microsoft Office. Experience in scheduling and dispatch of trades. Excellent time management and organisation. Have a friendly but professional disposition. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be able to manage time-constrained workloads and prioritise work against competing demands. Be able to solve problems with ease and think quickly. Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ideally have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the trade services/facilities management industry would be advantageous. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
