Within this role you will provide efficient and effective administrative and office support whilst developing and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships across the organisation. This role will require you to think on your feet, and operate with the highest level of integrity, respect and confidentiality. This opportunity would suit an experienced EA who has worked in a similar environment within financial services, legal or insurance and has exceptional organisation skills. To do this successfully you will:Provide comprehensive diary management support such as scheduling appointments and meetings (internal and external)End to end management of meetings including preparation of documentation, presentation packs, agendas and taking minutes as requiredProactively anticipate needs and ensure the executive has all the required documentation as requiredTravel and accommodation bookings in line with the AIA PolicyFacilitate general invoicing and expense managementProvide key support to the executive in the delivery of business objectives (for example, recognition, engagement, learning and development initiatives) Successful applications will demonstrate:Proven experience in a similar Executive Assistant position within the Financial Services, Insurance or Legal industriesStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organisational capabilityExcellent digital literacy particularly with Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelPrevious experience working in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment and discretion Why choose AIA:At AIA, we've made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
