The Legal and Compliance team are seeking a meticulous, proactive Risk and Compliance administrator to support the governance, risk and compliance frameworks by administering the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system. This essential role will be in charge of communicating to risk owners.

Position Overview:
As the first Governance and Risk Administrator in LeavePlus you'll be at the forefront of documenting practices, procedures across our GRC system and communicating these across the organisation. Reporting to the Manager of Governance and Risk directed by the General Counsel, the Administrator plays an important role in ensuring the business adheres to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities: Administering the GRC system, including data entry, maintenance and user support Updating risk data, maintaining self-assessments and key risk indicators Generate reporting and dashboards to track risk management, spot trends to gather insights and compliance status Conduct audits and reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy in the system Train and support the business on GRC system usage, risk management processes and compliance best practice Update and report company registers Develop and implement risk and compliance policies, procedures and frameworks Manage the collaboration across the business to address risk-related issues and meet regulatory requirements Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and emergency risks to enhance the Risk Management Framework Support the board by administering the Board Portal system and coordinating with senior management to draft agenda and papers Skills Required: Proven use of initiative and a proactive approach to drive outcomes Exceptional attention to detail and previous experience analysing complex data and identifying trends Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within clear time frames Superior communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to present to executive level stakeholders Join Our Team: If you are a natural problem solver who loves investigating and researching to reach conclusions then this is the role for you.
