Seeking a high-level administrator to provide executive support to the CEO of an Aboriginal Medical Service. Ongoing PD and career progression.Our client is a leading healthcare provider who is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team. Their mission is to enhance the health of Aboriginal people through culturally appropriate care, community engagement, and advocacy.Your Role Be the CEO's right hand, managing their schedule, appointments, and correspondence.Organise and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Assist in creating reports, presentations, and documents.Conduct research and provide analytical support for decision-making.Handle travel arrangements for the CEO and executive staff.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrator, ideally in healthcare or non-profit.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management tools.Knowledge of Aboriginal culture and sensitivity to community needs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Full Australian working rights.What We Offer:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Meaningful work that impacts the Aboriginal community.Apply Now!
