Reporting to the Contract Manager, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Maintaining the schedule of work by liaising with the client & Operations on requests and approvalsEnsuring work systems are up to date prior to the commencement of scoping/cutting worksManagement and analysis of works dataPreparation of operational reports as required (internal and client reports)Improving workflow, and implementation of new operational system processesEstablishing and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout you:You will already be working in a data analyst or works administrator role or have held a pivotal role in a strong admin team. One of your strengths will be your IT skills and you'll be naturally organised, have an eye for detail and able to work within deadlines.
