This is an integral and challenging role within the business that will see you involved in a diverse range of activities, collaborating and assisting the team and our clients.Your daily duties would include:Front of clinic client facing roleLiaising with clients, families and practitionersOrganising incoming referrals and manage client waiting listsMaintaining and expanding our referrer relationshipsProcessing billings for multiple funding streams – Private, Medicare, DVA, NDIS, HICAPSGeneral Administrative tasks including, emails, calls, reporting, filingProcessing client intake forms and service agreementsAssisting with Internal AuditsOrganise general facility supplies and maintenanceAssist with induction of new practitioner & student placementsMust have experience in health industry administration roleAbility to handle high workloadsStrong organisational skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office productsNDIS experience is advantageousMust be available Monday to Friday 5 hours per day.
