About us:Emerald is a large country town located 300kms west of Queensland coastline. We will invest in Telehealth technology to provide local access to services wherever possible.About the role:To provide a high standard of administrative support to all functional areas within the Health Facility. To liaise with stakeholders both internal and external for all the Central Highlands accommodation requirements. The Administrative Support Officer will liaise directly with real estate agents, medical staff, the executive team, and maintenance contractors for all the accommodation requirements. You will also be managing the Telehealth appointments program alongside the Reception Booking Clerk.High level ability to perform daily duties, make decisions and problem solve with limited supervision and direction as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.Maintain the Telehealth email account for all bookings and cancellations for telehealth appointments and facilitate, liaising with other departments when necessary.Liaise with internal and external departments regarding patients' Telehealth appointment requirements.Liaise and communicate with staff of all levels and streams within Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service and representatives of other agencies, community, and private organisations.
