Temporary full-time role up to December 2026 with possibility of extensionBased in Northern Rivers, with flexible working arrangements optionsClerk Grade 3/4 ($79,032- $86,539) plus super and annual leave loadingAbout the NSW Reconstruction Authority The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within the Planning & Environment cluster. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and make sure that communities across the state recover from them faster.
The Authority will complete critical planning and preparation to reduce the severity and impacts of disasters and will start recovery swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts when disasters occur.
About the role This is a vital role in supporting the team with all administrative and support activities to facilitate the operation of the Resilient Lands Program, including records management, preparing documentation and correspondences as well as meeting and event coordination.
In this role you will:
Collect and compile information, and prepare documents and correspondenceComplete routine financial transactions and purchasing servicesRespond to inquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as neededUpdate and maintain records and databases as well as collate documentation and recordsCommunicate with relevant stakeholders and provide updatesAbout you High calibre candidates will have strong experience in:
