Responsible for effectively managing the continuous work overflow remotely and at the site (as required). Provide support & training to new recruits.
10th October, 2024We are looking for an Administrative Support to join on a remote basis. Deliver an industry leading repair service by proactively reviewing, monitoring, and communicating to customers to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience.Support customers with general repair related enquiries throughout their customer experience journey.Be responsible for the effective training of new administrative employees whilst providing additional system and process training to support their journey.Be responsible for ensuring timely sequenced site, maintaining appointment bookings to meet and maintain service levels.Drive for results and ability to work towards targets, including sales and retention targets.Requirements:
