This is an exciting opportunity to join the Kidney Centre Team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Located across two locations: The Kidney Centre at RPA, Level 2, Professor Marie Bashir Centre; and in Transplantation, Level 9 of RPA Main Building, we provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary kidney care service for NSW residents from Sydney's inner west and selected regional centres across NSW.
The Kidney Centre RPA is staffed by a team of dedicated physicians, allied health professionals, nurses and administrative staff within the department of Renal Medicine.

This is a front-line position rotating through the Kidney Centre and Transplantation Outpatient areas.
You, as an important part of our admin team, will be the first point of call for our patients in relation to clinical appointments, phone calls and enquiries.

Ideal Candidate Understands the policies and procedures within NSW Health and how these apply in the workplace in particular, the importance of patient confidentiality. Has previous customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits and Perks!
