Part time Position, starting at 16 hours per week. Working Hours: Monday: 9am - 1pm (4 hours)Tuesday: 2pm - 6pm (4 hours)Wednesday: 9am - 1pm (4 hours)Thursday: 2pm - 6pm (4 hours)Total weekly hours: 16 Key Responsibilities: Preparing payslip and expense claimFollowing up on invoicing, orders and paymentsMaking travel bookings and scheduling meetingsManaging stocks, shipments and ordering parts and office suppliesCompiling data and preparing reports for managers and executivesAssisting with office organisationOffice managementLiaising with the financial and accounting department with any daily tasksSkills Required: At least 2 years of experience in a similar roleExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Good computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skillsInitiativeSelf-organised and able to work independentlyAll training provided. Knowledge of Office suite and utilising shared drives and folders is preferred.
