An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Engineering Division. This is a permanent part-time position working 3 days per week performing administrative duties, with an additional day for approximately 8 months, performing project-based tasks. This role reports to the Executive Assistant - Director of Engineering.
About the role: Perform administrative and clerical support duties with expertise and responsibilities utilising various business systems to support the effective operation of the Engineering Division. Duties include:
Prepare documents and correspondence relating to various meetings including diary management, conference and travel bookings. Conduct minor research, tasks, and projects and prepare draft reports. What's on offer: A base salary ranging from $33 per hour with competency-based increments up to $37.82 per hour, plus 11.5% super. Part-time position: 4 days (31 hours) per week for approximately 8 months, then 3 days (23.25 hours). Training and development opportunities. Flexible work options for a healthy work/life balance.
