Administrative Officer - Engineering

Details of the offer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Officer to join our Engineering Division. This is a permanent part-time position working 3 days per week performing administrative duties, with an additional day for approximately 8 months, performing project-based tasks. This role reports to the Executive Assistant - Director of Engineering.
About the Role:
Perform administrative and clerical support duties with expertise and responsibilities utilizing various business systems to support the effective operation of the Engineering Division:

Prepare documents and correspondence relating to various meetings including diary management, conference, and travel bookings.
Conduct minor research, tasks, and projects and prepare draft reports.

We Are Seeking:

Extensive experience in a multidisciplinary administrative support role.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to manage workloads and competing priorities effectively.

Where It's Located:
This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
Position Closes:
Friday 1 November 2024 at 12 noon sharp (NSW time). Late applications will not be permitted.
