About the Role We are currently seeking an individual who is looking to kick start their career in administration to join our team. Being our front receptionist, we are looking for someone with a friendly, bubbly personality. A team player who is able to take direction and guidance when needed, but also able to implement that guidance independently. We are a growing business, so we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business as well.
Key Duties Provide full administration support to the Mackay teamPerform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing dutiesCreate and verify invoices and submit for processingProcess supplier invoicing and reconcile accountsAdapt to changing work requirements and prioritiesAssist in sourcing and procurement of parts and suppliesMeet and greet customers, vendors, and freightThe successful applicant will have the following: 2+ years qualified experience in a similar roleExperience with differing account processing – invoicingProven ability to provide quality customer service outcomesAbility to prioritize work and possess great communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and courteous in team environments but able to work alone when requiredPlease submit a resume and cover letter as to your suitability for this position.
