Job description :- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team membersPrepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.Maintain and update files, databases, and records.Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take accurate meeting minutes.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.Assist with project coordination, including research, data analysis, and follow-up.Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
