About the Opportunity As a vital member of the Westwide Electrical Services team, you will report into the Projects Manager & Estimator and be responsible for providing support to the projects department by ensuring that all clerical and administrative duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Working in a small-team environment, we're looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to undertake varied administration tasks to support the team.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
Maintaining tender register, typing of tenders, quotes, variation and RFI's for current projectsProcurement of stock/raising of purchase orders to suppliers, and receipting creditors' invoices to SimproUpdating drawings and documents throughout project to subcontractors, including following up of outstanding approvals and informationOrganizing inductions for projects and updating employee recordsObtaining and recording subcontractor insurances and detailsUnderstanding of OHS requirements for the company and job sitesProvide safety documentation to workers on job sitesSharing content on LinkedIn on an ad hoc basisGeneral admin and basic accountsAbout You Passion and enthusiasm are core values at Westwide Electrical Services, reflected in our dedicated team and strong client relationships.
