Paragon Engineering is seeking a proactive and organised individual to act as a key interface between our internal design teams and external stakeholders. This role would be well suited to somebody with experience as a Project Co-ordinator delivering Construction and Detail Documentation within an Architectural or Design Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise between internal teams (design, geotechnical, structural) and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved and client requirements are translated into the design.
Coordinate project schedules and track progress, making sure delivery timelines are adhered to.
Oversee project documentation, including managing emails, document control, meeting minutes, and distributing reports.
Support the procurement process by handling purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Ensure that all project documents and deliverables are properly filed and shared.
Assist with project compliance and quality assurance across various disciplines.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a project administration role within a design office or consultancy environment within Australia.
Excellent communication skills, able to interface effectively with engineers, drafters, and external clients.
Strong organisational and switchtasking abilities, ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and deadlines are met.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and project management software.
Knowledge or experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO 9001 quality systems is a plus.
