The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to John Grima and his team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of tasks, from scheduling appointments and handling communications to assisting with client interactions and managing property details.
Tasks Include:
Manage and organize the agent's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showingsHandle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the agent, ensuring timely responses and follow-upsGenerating real estate specific documentation & marketing materialsOpen home bookings and preparationDelegating pointer signs for the teamAd hoc admin or personal errand tasks for JohnTraining is provided for all tasks as well as support from the team Qualifications:
Proven experience with administrative tasksStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretionFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedulesA valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be requiredKnowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage but not required If you believe you have the necessary skills to take on this role, please apply through seek and we will reach out to you via email with more information on the application process.
