A rare opportunity has arisen and here at Garden Life Landscapes we are searching for an Administration Assistant to help support our company's day-to-day operations 2+ days per week. Your job will include clerical support to our managers and employees and support with the coordination of daily administrative activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to email enquiries
Book sales meetings and CRM Management
Maintain internal and external databases
Keep employee records updated (physical and digital)
Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Answer and redirect phone calls
Make travel arrangements
Handle queries from managers and employees
Lead qualification
Requirements and skills:
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers
Knowledge of office policies and procedures
Experience with office management tools (Hubspot, ServiceM8 is advantageous)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Team Player with a can-do positive attitude
Can take direction from Management
Desirable - industry knowledge
