As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the delivery of legal services to the local community.
What you'll be doing Providing strong administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondenceAssisting with the preparation of legal documents, such as court filings and client communicationsMaintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keepingHandling inquiries from clients and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer serviceSupporting the coordination of events, meetings, and other team activitiesContributing to the continuous improvement of office processes and proceduresWhat we're looking for Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a legal or community services environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, showing cultural awareness with clients and colleaguesAbility to work well in a team environmentProficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant softwareStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyA commitment to providing high-quality service and a genuine interest in supporting the local communityRequirements  A current NT Driver's LicenseAbility to obtain a "Working with Children Clearance" (Ochre Card) upon commencement.Satisfactory criminal history checkAbility to undertake overnight remote travel, and to work in all NAAJA offices.How to Apply Applicants for this position must submit a cover letter and resume addressing the essential criteria.
