Guest and Team Engagement: Foster a cohesive, welcoming environment by confidently interacting with guests and colleagues.
Problem Solving:Resolve guest challenges with creative, solutions-oriented thinking to ensure a memorable stay.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to OH&S requirements, respond swiftly to emergencies, and uphold the highest safety standards for guests and staff.
Reservation Management: Handle reservations, manage guest accounts, and assist with daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence and coordination with the General Manager.
