An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the West Gippsland Healthcare Group for a Trainee in Office Administration in Allied Health. Reporting to the Occupational Therapy / Community Rehabilitation Centre Manager, you will work within a motivated and dedicated team that provides administration support to the Community Rehabilitation Centre, Physiotherapy and other Allied Health Departments. This is a fixed term 12 month role, with the successful applicant to make creditable progress towards Certificate III in Business Administration or Certificate IV in Business in accordance with Federal Traineeship guidelines. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a team and is keen to gain experience in administration in an Allied Health setting.

The position constitutes a Special Measure from s.12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic) and is open to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people only.

IMPORTANT:

All staff employed in the healthcare sector are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster (unless a valid exemption applies) and influenza. Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
